Basic Freediver Course
2 days | Age 12+
The purpose of this course to to allow each individual to safely develop all the necessary skills and techniques to plunge underwater using one breath and resurfacing. The PADI Basic Freediver course consists of to main segments. The theory session and a confined water session where you would learn techniques that enables you to hold your breath , static and dynamic Apnea, and proper buddy procedures. Goal: static apnea of 90 seconds and dynamic apnea of 25 metres/80 feet. To enroll into the Basic Freediver course, you must be minimum 12 years old, have adequate swimming skills and be in good physical health. No prior experience is required.
PADI Advanced Freediver Course
2 days | Age 15+
Learn to progressively go farther and stay longer on one breath. The PADI Advanced Freediver course is designed to satisfy each freediver’s desire to achieve more freediving time and a new depth. This course is consists of three main phases; theory, confined water session and open water session. Our goal is for each student to reach static apnea of 2 minutes and 30 seconds, dynamic apnea 50 metres/165 feet and Open water free immersion and constant weight freedives up to 20 metres/65 feet. Each freediver will be trained additional buddy procedures, rescue techniques, as well as stretching and relaxation techniques. To enroll in this course you must be at least 15 years old and have a PADI freediver certification (or qualifying certification).
PADI Master Freediver Course
3 days | Age 18+
Take your Freediving skills to another level. This course is aimed to freedivers that want to perfect their freediving levels through focused sessions where static and dynamic apnea, free immersion and constant weight skills become more elaborate. The Master Freediver course consists of three phases, Theory, Confined water session to improve static and dynamic apnea attempts with goal to reach 3 minutes and 30 seconds, dynamic apnea of 70 metres/230 feet and Open water sessions with advanced techniques to reach constant weight freedive of upto 27 metres/90 feet. To enroll in this course you must be at least 18 years old and have a PADI Advanced Freediver certification or a qualifying certification from another freediver organization.
